We strongly recommend making reservations in advance. We sell a limited amount of tickets per session and therefore sell out quickly – especially for weekends and holidays. We only have walk-up tickets available if we have not already sold out online in advance.

Our ticket sales are updated in real-time, meaning if we do have cancellations, our website will update automatically, and those tickets will be available for booking.

We DO NOT offer phone reservations. All reservations must be made online via our website.

If we do decide to close due to inclement weather, anyone who has pre-purchased tickets will have the option to move to a later available date or be issued a full refund. We try to make those decisions as early as we possibly can. For cancellations, we will reach out to everyone with reservations via text and email. This is why it is so essential to ensure the contact information you booked with is entered correctly.
