Helpful Hints for Group Leaders:
Plan your visit and make your group reservation in advance! The sooner, the better. This will help you to secure your first choice of dates and tubing session times. Many sessions sell out quickly!
When picking a date, keep in mind that holidays and weekends are our busiest times. Hawksnest sells a limited amount of tickets per tubing session but does not guarantee a certain number of runs for each participant during any given session.
Plan to book your group and pay in advance. Group reservations must be booked and paid in full two weeks prior to your visit. Hawksnest will accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and church/school/corporate checks for groups.
Within one week of your reservation, no refunds or rain checks are issued unless Hawksnest is closed on the day of your reservation, in which case we are happy to reschedule your group’s visit or refund your money.
Have your group’s liability waivers signed in advance. A liability waiver must be completed for each snow tubing participant before any tickets are issued. They must be the signed originals; they cannot be copied, faxed, or e-mailed. Please be sure to have them signed and completed before your visit to Hawksnest and have them ready to present in person when you arrive.
Extra Considerations for COVID-19:
In light of COVID-19 Hawksnest will be operating at limited capacity. This means there will be less discounted Group tickets available. Group Rates will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The discounted rate is not guaranteed for all groups with 15 or more people.
Our lodge will be CLOSED for our 2020/2021 Snow Tubing Season. Snow Tubing Participants will not have access to our lodge other than to use the restrooms. There will not be access to changing rooms, lockers, or indoor seating. We will also not have a coffee shop, restaurant, or any food services for groups. So please plan accordingly.
Protective face coverings are REQUIRED at all times. All guests and staff members will be required to wear a protective face covering at all times while visiting our facility, with no exceptions.
We are no longer accepting Group Reservations for our 2020/2021 Snow Tubing Season. We will begin accepting Group Reservations for 2021/2022 in November 2021. For questions regarding groups, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
